1. General

These terms govern the use of the MemWall platform. By creating an account, you accept the terms in their entirety.

2. User account

• You are responsible for the information you enter
• The account is personal and should not be shared
• You are responsible for keeping login information secure

3. Service content

MemWall provides tools for:

• Digital memory walls
• Legal document templates
• Memory capsules and future messages
• QR links to content

MemWall is not a funeral home and does not provide legal advice unless explicitly agreed.

4. Legal documents

Documents are created based on the user's own choices and information. The user is responsible for:

• Accuracy
• Signing
• That documents meet local legal requirements

Professional review is offered where specified.

5. Activation and delivery

Memory walls, documents, and memory capsules are activated according to:

• User's own choices
• Executor
• Life check / missed check-in
• Other predefined conditions

MemWall cannot guarantee activation with incorrect or missing information.

6. Payment

Some services are free, others are paid. Price and terms are clearly stated before purchase. Subscriptions can be canceled according to applicable terms.

7. Limitation of liability

MemWall is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of data due to user error, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination

The user can terminate the account at any time. MemWall reserves the right to close accounts for misuse or breach of terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

The terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are sought resolved amicably, alternatively through Norwegian courts.
